5. SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped from the United States.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Sorry Mom is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.


Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer/carrier.

 

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused items in original packaging.

After 7 days, all sales are final.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is received and approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
