Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

 

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Any item that has been opened, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.


After 7 days, all sales are final.

 

Once a return is accepted/approved, you have 7 days to ship it back. If we don’t receive it within that window, the return may be canceled.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping label and shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

 

Once your return is approved and the item is received back in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping label and shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
